Our team of Care Managers provide support for our carers, clients and families through co-ordinating the care provided, managing and continually assessing personal care plans and working closely with relevant health care organisations.  

Our flexible approach to live in care, ensures that the best standard of service is delivered to clients; and their families are kept fully involved in the care process.  

All of our staff undergo a rigorous selection process prior to employment, and carers are supported through a full induction process and an ongoing training programme.
